Why are blacks seen as scum of the world?

Were blacks made to be scum in this Earth? Were Blacks made to work for the white man, work in menial jobs, and be oppressed by other nations? God forbid. He is a fair God. Is not God love? For He, indeed is LOVE. Would He love the other nations and not love Blacks? NO! 1 Corinthians 1:27-29 (KJV) says: 27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; 28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: 29 That no flesh should glory in his presence. How many times have God taken the low things in the world and raise them up for His Glory? Many times, more examples later.
